Registration FAQs
Payment is made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only. Once you complete your registration form, an invoice with banking details will be sent to you.
International delegates should check South Africa’s visa requirements. Invitation letters can be provided upon confirmation of registration and payment.
No. Accommodation is booked separately. Please see our Venue & Accommodation page for options near the conference centre.
Yes. Groups of 5 or more delegates qualify for discounted rates. Please complete the Group Registration Form to ensure the discount applies.
Yes. Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost. Please notify the conference secretariat in writing with the new delegate’s details.
Yes. All registered delegates (in-person and online) will receive a Certificate of Participation after the event.
